Ah, ok. In fact I got it compiled with 0.9.9, but somehow didn't start
the listeners. Anyway, later on I added
deb http://people.debian.org/~pvaneynd/cl-breezy-packages ./
to /etc/apt/sources (Ubuntu) which gave me recent versions of
everything I needed. Works just fine now.
