[ansi-test-devel] [PATCH] beyond-ansi: test for GO to non-existing tag

The attached patch adds tests to assert that GO on a tag that is not
valid anymore signalls an error, i.e. dies gracefully.

ANSI specifies that consequences are undefined. So the tests go to the
beyond-ansi part.
