The link to common-idioms on the documentation page
<http://www.common-lisp.net/project/anaphora/anaphora.html> is missing
"http://", so it doesn't work.

BTW, is there some clever use for the symbol-macro versions?  The let
versions allow compact expression of calculating IT just once, but the
motivation for the symbol-macro versions is not obvious to me.
