fyi: accessing http://trac.common-lisp.net/ results in

  Proxy Error
  The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.

  The proxy server could not handle the request GET /.

  Reason: Could not connect to remote machine: Connection refused

  Apache/1.3.33 Server at trac.common-lisp.net Port 80

Not that I'll need it any time soon.  :p
