[admin] FSet 1.0 finally about to be released!

Hi Erik (or whoever),

So, after enduring almost 6 months of auto-nags :), I am finally  
ready to release version 1.0 of FSet.  The delay was basically due to  
my insistence that the first release should be of production  
quality.  I've done quite a bit of work on it in the intervening months.

I'll have the home page up in the next day or two.

Would you please create me a Trac instance?
