Description:

Lispy is a Common Lisp package management system similar to clbuild,
cllibrarian, ASDF-install, Edi Weitz's Starter-Pack, Lispbox, Lisp in
a Box, clget and the Lisp package management systems in the Debian and
Gentoo Linux distributions.  With Lispy, a user can obtain a list of
installable packages, install packages automatically (including
dependencies) and have an ASDF configuration written for them.  Lispy
is cross-platform and cross-implementation and does not rely on
external tools.
