[admin] Setting up a project for Rucksack

Hi Erik (I suppose),

There are a few people who want to hack on my Rucksack persistence
library, so I want to set up a cvs repository for it.  I think that
common-lisp.net is probably the best place to do that.

Could you set up a Rucksack project for me?  The initial members (with
CVS write access) would be:

   Arthur Lemmens <alemmens at xs4all.nl>
   Nikodemus Siivola <nikodemus at random-state.net>
   Edi Weitz <edi at agharta.de>

Rucksack has a MIT-style license.
