[admin] new project

Hi,

 

I'd like to create a new project on common-lisp.net.  The project is called
CLARITY, and is a project sponsored by Google's summer of code for the
purpose of storing and relating temporal data, particularly that of
microarrays, by using alignment techniques and logical propositions.  The
code will be release with an LGPL license, and the other project member is
Marco Antoniotti.  I may already have a password, as my project CL-GODB is
hosted on common-lisp.net, but I've since switched computers and lost my GPG
key.
