[admin] How to remove Content-Encoding: x-gzip?

I will try to figure this out but I'm a little swamped right now with
work and this, although an annoying issue, isn't critical. If you
figure it out before me please let me know and I'll make the
appropriate changes, if not I'll look into this towards next weekend.
