Great, I'm all set.  I will run xmllint for checked-in XML files as a 
pre-commit change.  Also, when XML files are checked in to the web tree, 
xsltproc will automatically run to generate the HTML files.  This will not 
put much load on the server, I just wanted to let you know what's going on.
