I made a mistake when typing the original message.  The name of the
library is "flexichain", not "flexichains".

Is it at all possible to rename the project's parts now, before we do
anything with CVS or the lists?  There are a few packages that depend on
the library already, so I ought to preserve CVS module names and asd
file names.  It'll be slightly less weird for people if the project name
matches the module and asd name.

If this isn't possible, that's alright too.
