[admin] moptilities and metatilities

Hi oh-powers-that-be...

I'd like to turn moptilities and metatilities into real live common- 
lisp.net projects in order to (I hope) improve my self-organization,  
etc.

They are both MIT style licenses. Here are their descriptions:

Moptilities:

   :description "Common Lisp MOP utilities"
   :long-description "MOP utilities is designed to provide a common  
interface between lisps and make the MOP easier to use."

Metatilities

   :long-description "These are metabang.com's Common Lisp basic  
utilities and what not."
