I was thinking of using the name "C-to-FFI", but it looks like that's  
what LispWorks calls its system for doing the same thing (http:// 
www.lispworks.com/documentation/lcl50/aug/aug-101.html).

So instead I'll go with "c2ffi" to avoid confusion.
