[admin] Request for a new project: dyslexia

Hello,

I'd like to create a new cl.net project, "dyslexia", whose goal is to  
develop a spell checker and eventually a grammar checker.

My cl.net login is "loliveira" and "rstrandh" should be added to this  
group as well.
