[admin] Hosting for GECO

Hello,

I would like to ask for hosting of GECO (Genetic Evolution through
Combination of Objects), a genetic algorithm package written by George
P. W. Williams, Jr. The plan is to have a posibility to collect fixes
and enhancements and, in general, keep it up to date so that it can be
used out of the box on modern systems.

The last available version is from 1993. Currently I've just added a
.asd file and fixed some very minor things.

The code is under the GPL.

I would like to use darcs for version control.
