Hi all,

I just commited a change to beirc, and got this output:

/project/beirc/cvsroot/beirc/beirc.lisp,v  <--  beirc.lisp

cvs server: warning: cannot write to history file /project/beirc/cvsroot/CVSROOT/history: Permission denied

From the output, I think the permissions to
/project/beirc/cvsroot/CVSROOT/history should be rw-rw-r-- (as is the
case for, e.g. climacs), not rw-r--r--.
