Simon: we need your GPG public key for the account. It will be used to
encrypt your password for sending, and to identify you in the future.

is to place to check. Quick & dirty howto:

 1. gpg --gen-key

    Interaction with GPG follows.

 2. gpg --armor --export <name> > pubkey.asc

    Where <name> is the name you used when generating the key in step one.

Then just send pubkey.asc here.
