[admin] Project listings

Hi!

I have two corrections for the project listings at

  <http://common-lisp.net/projects.shtml>:

1. RDNZL is listed under "Graphics" but should be under "Interfacing."

2. TBNL's description says it's "based on mod_lisp and cl-modlisp." My
   fault, that should be "based on mod_lisp and KMRCL."
