[admin] Mailman woes part XXII

1) We had over 4Gigs worth of mailman error logs. We don't have them
    anymore -- but on the upside our disk isn't full anymore either.

2) Mailman had fallen over something once more. Snakeoil applied.
    Maybe this should be done form a cron...
