I wanted to offer a choice between public domain and my own
'Discordian Public License' which provides essentially the same thing.
The code doesn't say that right now but I'll modify it before putting
it up to do so.

Would it be possible to put the raw CVS files up rather than import
them into a new repository? That would preserve the logs and versions
and stuff.
